Honestly, it's hard to say, since each one has positives about it. The old one seems really mysterious and ancient, while the new one is bold and modern. I guess what it boils down to is setting and the feeling you're trying to convey in Jade Dragon.

its pretty much the twelves animals of the zodiac are sealed in 12 people and the main character is the dragon and she needs to find the other 11 and defeat the mass evil that will soon try to take over the earth. lol is that good enough? thats just the broad idea behind it all.
